I always like seeing the alternate costumes in stories like this and Elseworlds stuff since they'll never have the balls to do something drastic with Superman himself.

superman's suit could use a tweak here n'there. probably nothing super drastic, like the dead guy's suit, but something. still, i also enjoy all the variations allowed in alt stories / characters
I've liked stuff like the JLU Justice Lords Superman:
And the Reign of the Supermen Eradicator Supes costume:
those are also my two favorites, minus the goggles. i use the JL design in a lot of sketches i do.
eradicator's seems like it could actually pass as an update to superman's suit, since it just tweaks and updates the current design.
