It's a RKMB Meme, if you will. You can track who is doing what where on these boards. Therefore you can use this to your advantage, if needed.
For example, this thread is about the hilarious group of internet posters from another board that got pretty much throat-fucked by us. By posting that an Anonymous IP is viewing the page, it is implying that someone from said destroyed forum is reading this thread from behind the safe confines of anonymity. That is seen as pathetic, and they are thus ridiculed and reminded that eyes are everywhere here.
