My point is that I don't have any burning need to defend Snarf. I think Snarf certainly has the ability to outwit Rex by himself. I simply pointed out the deficiencies and hypocrisies in Rex's attacks on Snarf.
In fact, Snarf and I have clashed on several previous occasions. He's not the most natural ally I have on these boards. And (the partial source of our clashes) his views are to the left of my own.
What arrogance the Doctor has, accusing me of forming a "union" with Snarf (the closest thing to a "union" with Snarf is a shared contempt for Rex, that's all.) While Doctor has his little clique with Prometheus, and never deviates from it. If Pro attacks, the Doctor attacks. And the Doctor manufactores the self-righteous pretense for the attack at a later time. But we all know it boils down to the Doctor's obsession with trying to impress Prometheus.
