In any event as MEM points out Juliets signed for a different series next year. So unfortunately she's probably dead.

but lost has a pretty unique (easy?) filming schedule. its possible she could work them both, and/or serve in a reduced capacity. ...titty...
one possibility:
we'll see juliet in one or two episodes. and, perhaps, this time around, she'll turn down guyliner's offer to join the island's cause -- like, maybe jacob will appear and the bus will
just miss her ex-husband.
