maybe.

either way, i still think we witnessed jacob "setting the board", so to speak. and, yeah, its possible they were all flash backs. or maybe some were flash backs, some were flash forwards.

the jin, sun, kate, sawyer, and jack ones could be viewed as something changed, like a FF - kate and sawyer's being the more potentially obvious ones, jin/sun and jack's being more "here's an important tip for you" kinds. maybe locke's is more on that level, too.

for example: immediately after the fall, jacob, in a jesusial way, apologizes for locke's situation ("im sorry this happened to you"), which could be a/the small bit of good will locke needed in his life at the time, having reached the point of doubting everything.

...and, maybe jacob just really hated sayids wife.
