The problem here in a America is that the PC craze has gotten so out of hand that it has entrenched itself into policies of corporations, schools, etc. to the point of being ridiculous and creating 'zero tolerance' policies. Yeah, this chick just seems like a cunt all on her own, but many people in similar positions have their hands tied by stupid rules they have to follow even if they don't agree with them.
