If I had know the books would have went for $60 I would have bought them off my friend myself. If I had represented the books as guaranteed NM or whatever and asked the market price I could see the gripe but it was clearly stated I had no idea.
I sold books like you, if I had a bag and board on them they went bagged and boarded if not I packaged them securely with cardboard and off they went.
