Apparently the "new" song released a few days ago was actually something Jackson recorded with Paul Anka in the early 80's, with new vocals by Tito and company (I'm guessing they removed Anka's bits). The ruse was only discovered because Anka (who co-wrote the thing) had given the song to another artist in the early 90's, a fact the Jacksons probably didn't know. So now they're apologizing to the guy and offering him 50% of the earnings.
