I'm loving this thread. I used to "spar" with David on the original DC Boards back in the early '00. The one remarkable trait I remember clearly about discussing/debating/fighting with him was his signature move: He takes any negative reaction to his comments as the most personal thing on the planet. He then insults you because of it. When you insult him in return, he then complains about you picking on him. He then takes the EXACT SAME INSULT, and throws it back at you (almost verbatim). After that, it's just the whole victimized routine that builds on bold, caps-locked tantrums.
