Yeah, but did they do anything of relevance with Luthor as President, or was it more like "holy shit a villian is President!" and everything pretty much stay status quo. Cuz it seems like at last with Osborne in a position of power the heroes are running for their lives while trying to fight an underground war with him. I don't remember that with Luthor in charge.
