Gotta roll with Rex on this one. Haiti is a shithole and, while it didn't deserve this, they probably should've seen it coming with the shitty buildings sitting on a major fault line. But, then again, they threw the French out before the French could get them to a level of looking across the border and laughing at your neighbors (see, Dominican Republic and Spain). Fuckers saw a chance for freedom yet didn't see freedom's price. Now, their ancestors are reaping what they sowed.
