A Rochester man pleaded not guilty today to charges that he spiked the drink of a 13-year-old girl with a painkiller so he could sexually assault her.
An indictment charges Calvin Cobb, 45, with second-degree assault and second-degree assault as a sexually motivated felony. An indictment alleges that he placed hydrocodone in the girl’s fruit-flavored drink, rendering her unconscious before he fondled her.
