The thing about black holes that makes them black holes is, of course, that even light cannot escape from them. Thus, black. The reason light can't escape them is because spacetime is pulled infinitly far as approaching the singularity <the central, infinitly dense point or ring>. And I said space-time. Theoretically, if something falls into a black hole, it will never reach the singularity. Because time and space are pulled infinately far. It will take 'till infinity to reach the singularity. Makes sense. So, if a person was to 'fall' into a black hole looking out, <if not pulled apart by spaghettification> they could see the end of the universe. Because as they fall in, light would continue to fall in after them for "infinity" and, since light travels at C from the starting speed <and in 'empty' space... blah blah blah>, it would still reach the infallen person like normal. <Towards the center would likely be black.> Wouldn't that be cool?

DAMN I gotta see that show. I watched it as a kid, but I don't remember much. It was above my head. Maybe they'll put it on DVD some day. Sounds excellent. I remember likeing it even though I didn't get it.
