You could never see this episode and it wouldn't really matter one bit.
Heart of the island? So that's what that collective grown was Tuesday night.
I thought it was just the wind.
It was really disappointing that there were really no real answers to the main story to be had in this episode.
Everything just seemed so out of character.
The man with no name is killed by Jacob who has been revealed to have anger management issues. A corpse floats down a river, the light goes out and the smoke monster flies out. The corpse of the man with no name is dragged to the cave with Loretta where it is destined to be found by Jack.
We are just left with more questions.
Are the man with no name and the smoke monster one and the same?
Is Jacob seeking redemption for his stupidity? Did he let the Debil out and let himself be set up to be killed Obi Wan Kenobi style in a centuries long elaborate mouse trap to get him back in?
Where the fuck do the temples fit in? And the statute?
Did Jacob build the lighthouse and shit or was that already there. I doubt Jackie Treehorn's looming Mamma's boy hillbilly had the skills and knowledge to construct a fucking mirror. Are we supposed to think that some of the past people to have come to the island built a magic light house.
Did somebody else build the lighthouse and Jacob made it magic?
Were the babies candidates? When did they become candidates?
Were only Jacob's replacements candidates?
If Jacob is really the bad guy what does that make the candidates?
Can we believe anything that came out of that rock clubbing bitches mouth?
They had some event in LA where they ran next week's episode. Very detailed spoilers are out there now as to what allegedly happens in the next to last episode:

- Ben kills Widmore. Locke tells widmore if you tell me why you brought desmond then i wont kill your daughter. ben shots widmore because he said his daughter doesnt get to live. - Locke kills Zoe. Slices her throat - Jacob explains why he chose the candidates. and why kate isnt one. - Jacob becomes visible to the 4 remaining candidates including Kate and explains this to them directly - Jack becomes Jacob's replacement. Including a ritual where Jack drinks from a stream and Jacob says "now we are the same" - Sayid didn't kill Desmond. all we see is an empty well with a rope - Desmond beats up Ben in flash-sideways. Desmond beats up Ben and Ben has a flash of when he got beat in the OTM - Locke wants Jack to fix his spine in flash-sideways. yes after he realizes this might be fate. and jack says the lines dont mistake coincidence with fate. - Desmond turns himself in for running over Locke. Then breaks Sayid and Kate out of jail with the help of Ana Lucia and Hurley. - Desmond is getting all the Oceanic 815ers to congregate at the concert. - Richard gets slammed by the smoke - Ben is following Flocke around after this, seems aligned with him - Widmore reveals the purpose of Desmond, part of it is whispered to Flocke, the word "failsafe" is used - Flocke announces his intention to "destroy the island"

November 6th, 2012: Americas new Independence Day.
I'm still looking forward to seeing how they wrap all this up and will miss the show when it's all done. It's been a fun ride trying to guess what's going on with some great characters.
I'm waiting for the revelation that Vincent never survived the crash and it's really been another "smoke monster imitating the dead" bit all along, i.e., the writers decided that with the next to last episode and now they're retconning it like crazy to claim that was the plan all along.
The season six Lost DVD could include an extended finale, reports have said.
An ABC source allegedly told TV Guide Magazine that the boxset will feature around 20 minutes of additional footage.
"It's in production now," the insider claimed.
"[Executive producers] Damon [Lindelof] and Carlton [Cuse] wanted to offer fans answers to additional questions they couldn't get to in the body of the final show."
The source did not confirm the length of the extra scenes.
The series finale of Lost airs on May 23 at 9pm on ABC in the US and on May 28 at 9pm on Sky1 in the UK.
If they do have extra footage I hope they put it on ABC.com or have it available some other way.

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life". So Kate leaves with Jack and then Smokey arrives and starts shooting at them... but Ben betrays him and kills the monster. In the end only Sawyer and Ben are left in the island and Sawyer says "Y'know, this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship".

Ha. I've never seen that show (except for clips on Youtube), but I'll probably download the Lost special after I watch the last ep. to try to cover the hole in my heart.
