The biggest pet peeve of every long time wrestling fan has to be insulting our intelligence. Yes wrestling is fake and yes they do things that would kill normal people if it was real. But there is a line that if you go over it that really makes everything a farce. Fake shards of glass is retarded. As you say, if they were getting thrown through a window that's acceptable because that could be deadly. But the major point is this beat down would have been great without any glass. So why use fake glass? It only ruined it and gave the whole segment a extra dose of this isn't real.
