Ward and Grey were great. But the budget and effects on that movie would have embarrassed the producers of the 1970s Spiderman series.
Had it had a bigger budget, we may just of seen at least one sequel. I remember it being promoted very well. Mostly using the footage at the Statue of Liberty.
