I'll let you guys decide: should we have a "snaking" draft (oh...naughty!) in which the last team to choose in a round then gets the first pick in the next round, (like we've been doing), or a NFL-style draft in which the pick selection is the same for every round?

Majority votes will decide; my vote will be the tie-breaker if needed.
