I don't mind people seeing what I do on these boards, hell I even have my wife's face as an avatar so that thing about being anonymous already went out the window.
You really shouldn't do anything here that you consider shameful.
Besides, I don't think other people calling you a retard or an idiot or gay or whatever is embarrassing, unless you actually did or said things that would prove them right.
