I think the outfit makes Drew Barrymore look heavier than she is.
Actually it's her bloated face that looks kind of like Elvis in drag I was thinking of.

We're going to have to agree to disagree on that. Bullock is by no means the hottest woman on earth but she is far above average. I've never seen a pic of her where she isn't at least cute, especially for a 46 year old woman.
