meaning all the upgrades n'what not that dc had to do (or knew about) were completed by monday morning.
dunno what happened since then, whether WB has more upgrades planned, a redesign, ran into errors, etc.
there are NO plans to discontinue the DCMBs, i just cant predict how quickly they'll be put back up (and, again, they've been down much longer than i thought, so, its really a "any moment now" kinda thing)
