Is there anyone else playing this? Before this game I was not a huge Halo fan. I bought 1-3, played the first 2 and shelved the third one as I found them ok but not the be-all the Halo series was hyped to be. But after reading reviews and liking the screen shots I saw I decided to bunk my rule of not buying new games and check it out. I mean if the game sucked at least I might have multiplayer to fall back on.

You play as the newest member of Noble Squad, Noble 6. Joining the team before the ill fated Battle of Reach, its extremely action packed right from the start. I know the fact that they never show Noble 6 or Master Chiefs face annoys some people but it makes you feel more a part of the game. Like its YOUR face behind the mask, making you feel more like you're in the action than just controlling a group of pixels on a TV screen. The level of character customization is great, and whatever colors and armor you pick are what you play as in the campaign, including cut scenes.

On the multiplayer side you have the addition of Firefight, which is a 5 level Horde like co-op challenge that pits you and your team against a invading fleet of difficult Covenant forces. There's also a credit system where you accumulate points to spend on armor and accessories. Save enough and you can sound like Cortana or even Master Chief. So buy this game if you're a Halo or FPS fan and if not give it a shot anyway.

How has your sucking not caused some kind of black hole?

Can you stop him sucking so hard then?
