TNA is shit.... I'm glad to see we finally agree on something.

I've been saying TNA is shit for some time now. What gets me is that they are now using the point that TNA is shit as a driving force to explain Hogan's heel turn. I've never seen a company so driven to do all it can to bury itself.

Actually, Sikk, I disagree. The dying days of WCW were a lot different from what we have now. Sure, one can say that all the players are the same. But, the situation is different. WCW in its dying years was coming off of being number one for, give or take, eighty weeks. It was trying these things in a way to get back to being in that number one spot. Sure, it was all the wrong things to do. But, as far as the wrestling wars go, it was a novel point in history that not even Eric's days of Turkey on a Pole matches were similar to. TNA and the familiar faces don't have that excuse. Bischoff has been there for the demise of the territory system and of one of the biggest companies in wrestling's history. To go forward with angles and ideas that are so similar if not identical to those things he has seen fail so remarkably in the past lends more to my belief that it, almost, seems as if they are torpedoing TNA on purpose. Sure, at the time, we may have joked that they were doing such a bad job of running WCW in order to bury it. But, did we ever really believe that and--more importantly--did Bischoff, Russo, and company? I don't think so. Now, it is a different story. They know most of what they are doing is copying the failures of the past. Yet, they continue to do it. WCW died because "the power that be" were arrogant as to their own vulnerabilities and ignorant of what fans were demanding. The power that be at TNA know better (from experience!!!). Yet, they continue to promote their own hubris and ignorance. And, by way of those things, they continue to promote their death urge.

Matt Hardy's just been released, so maybe he'll sign with TNA and add to the crapfest (I'm sure they have a shitty angle planned for him already)

TNA couldn't do a decent angle if their lives depended on it.

Everytime I see this thread in the Forums list, I keep thinking it says "Fuck you Tina!" And I'm thinking, who's jealous of Tina Fey? Jeez...

I'm partly with Basams on Tina Fey. I like the show and I find Tina Fey's writing funny. But I'm not fond of Tina's acting/delivery.

I'd do her, though. Many times. MILF/COUGAR librarian type.

I gave up on her stuff after Kurt Angle took over the show and made Baldwin tap out with the anklelock.

And, that was the tamest part of it all. Poor Kenneth.

So where in this long Paragraph you've written prove that rehashing the same old angle's from 1997 in 2000 didn't kill WCW?
