I was just saying that whistle blowers find classified stuff and give it to the guy. It is more akin to receiving stolen property.
I don't know international law I just know he isn't an US Citizen. I would think the US Gov should find the source of "It's" leaks.
While his actions are reckless and in cases dangerous, because they aren't screening out info that could theoretically get soldiers killed. Govt oversight and an open govt is a good thing....I'm just amazed that one or two people could be getting him this info....Our security measures are truly fucked if a couple people inside our Gov are getting this info copied and out to Assange.
I'm thinking the Govt's best case against him lies in intellectual property and so forth--those kind of laws rather than trying to get him as being a terrorist or involuntary manslaughter.
