G, I'm honestly not trying to argue with you here. I see clearly that you understand my point, and the truth of what should be. And I thank you for at least engaging me in intelligent discussion on this. Perhaps I'm just too....idealistic? I don't know. But, I simply cannot see any reasoning...even as you explained it...in not helping these people. If we're going to "waste" money...and by God we will...then let's waste it on our own heroes.
