In a move towards racial diversity, CW has hired Days of Our Lives actor and orange person Eric Martsolf to play superhero Booster Gold in the hit show Smallville. This marks the first time an orange man has been cast in a prominent TV role outside daytime soap operas and Jersey Shore. "There's really not a lot of difference between Smallville and Jersey Shore," said Geoff Johns, writer of the anticipated episode. "Really, we're doing a tremedous favor to anyone who watches this show and isn't yet aware that they are gay."
