Once again, you're not so good on the double speak. The argument is that Microsoft isn't responsible for someone willingly giving away their own information to a third party, even if it was on their network. They are only responsible for the security of the information that they've collected and stored. He's not saying that it couldn't or won't happen to Microsoft like it did to Sony.
