I saw that the wait is over and that Peyton Manning has chosen the Denver Broncos, which is more or less what I figured.I was hoping for Miami as they desperately need a good, experianced quarterback(with all due respect to Matt Moore who did a fine job at the end of last season). Now begs the question..."What about Tim Tebow?". Elway had stated the Tebow would be the starter for next season and now with the Broncos pursuit of Manning and landing him as QB,what will become of Tebowmania. My guess is they want Manning to mentor Tebow and hone his QB skills so that in a few years,Manning can retire and Tebow can step up and take over IF,the Broncos are looking at Tewbow as a Franchised QB.

On the Miami side(and I'm running with this a:because Miami is my team and b:because I can.)they screwed up in getting rid of Brandon Marshall(for two third round draft picks....really) in the hopes of landing Manning.A risky gamble that didn't pay off.So we lose our best WR and no Manning to fill that loss. Then Miami tries for Matt Flynn in the hopes that because Philbin was Green Bay with Flynn, that might entice him to head to the Dolphins but instead Flynn signs with the Seahawks. So now,Miami has had a 5 hour meeting with current 49er QB Alex Smith hoping to land him after his championship run with SF. What looked to be a promising line-up under Philbin is shaping up to be a train-wreck IMO.However after last season's 0-7 start with Chad Henne,it is possible that it could be a better season if Matt Moore is the starting QB and Philbin works the offense into a decent line.
