1) Go to Other DC Universe Topics
2) Select "Show All Topics" and press Go.
3) Go to the last forum page
4) Click on the last topic on that page
5) Reply to that topic
6) Do the same thing with all the topics in that page, and then move on to the next page and do the same thing

It's easy, see? The real question is...
