I don't disagree that it's her own fault in this instance since she wore a dress while knowing she'd be stepping out of a vehicle in front of ravenous photographers. But all your answer tells me is that you're looking for excuses not to feel guilty about seeing someone's coochie in public.
You're not incorrect that it's her fault, but ultimately you wouldn't really care if it was or not; you'd find a way to blame her regardless.
