So long as racial groups are assimilating, I have no problem with interracial promotion. But it is not "racist" to want to preserve the existing culture, and reasonably address the concerns of massive immigration that certainly threatens that existing culture, if standards to preserve it are not upheld.

But again, as I've said in previous topics, immigrants who are not assimilating are a problem throughout pretty much all Western nations, from the U.S. to Sweden to France to Germany to Holland to Italy to apparently Australia as well.
"Multiculturalism" and sensitivity to other races and cultures is arguably happening in levels that are overwhelming and exterminating the traditions and cultures of Western nations.
Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sarrkozy in the recent past have publicly addressed this. As have writers like Samuel Huntington, Melanie Phillips, and Pat Buchanan.

In less than a century (and probably far sooner) Europe will be a muslim continent.
In roughly the same time, the U.S. will be a hispanic nation, and statistics show that by 2040 white Americans will become a minority in the nation they founded.

It is a delusion of the West that race and ethnicity don't matter, even as ethnocentrist surges and separatism are occurring in nations throughout the world.
Look at Kosovo in particular (the birthplace of the Serbian nation). Their tolerance for Albanian (i.e., muslim) immigrants led to Albanians becoming 90% of the Kosovo population by the late 1990's, and those welcomed immigrants burned the eastern-orthodox churches of the tolerant people who welcomed them, before declaring their independence.
A lesson to keep in mind as hispanic (dominantly Mexican) populations approach 50% in states like California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.

In our Balkanized culture, blacks, whites, hispanics, asians, muslims, etc, tend to stick to their own subcultural groups, with their own periodicals, TV shows, radio programs and subculture. So it is logical from that for advertisers to market to demographic groups within these individual niches. Blacks and hispanics tend not to watch Frasier or Seinfeld, and I think in entertainment and commercials as well as in life, minorities tend not to venture outside their subculture or have much interest in white inclusion.
But as is the consistent "multicultural'/Political Correctness narrative, minorities choosing separatism and protection of their cultural/racial identity are looked upon favorably. While the same behavior in whites is categorized as "racist".

It is my opinion that "multiculturalism" does not truly exist. There is only the transition period during which one culture overwhelms and replaces another. And that is exactly what is occurring.
