We tend to want to dismiss racism. In this case the Cracked writer is trying to say because the comments were youtube comments it deosn't really count beccause you can find those comments on other commercials or clips. That is certainly true but the point of the article was that all racist comments were crowding everything else out at one point. Because that became a story alot of people spoke up and drowned out the racist crap. It's become a positive thing as compared to just another ugly reminder that racism is still out there and maybe even looking bigger than it actually is. Is that really bad journalism?
