Somehow I missed this when it was first in the news. A nuclear ICBM test launch by the Russians, right about the time the Ukraine crisis began.




Though Russia informed the West of this test in advance, long before the Ukraine crisis began, these kind of tests by North Korea, Iran and other nations are generally regarded as an act of defiance, and the potential threat of missile attack.
