I'm going to have to say that Roger Moore is my favorite Bond. Part of it has to be the fact that he was the first Bond I saw and saw in good quantity as a kid. So the nostalgia aspect is heavy there. As an adult, though I enjoy the others (especially Brosnan and Connery), I still prefer Moore as I can see just how self aware his Bond is. He plays the character like Bond knows that he's in a campy spy movie.
