Somehow that one cracked me up. News of the obvious, for sure.
And at a time when she's taken something of a beating in the press, for her secretive private e-mail server, the millions she's taken in foreign donations (and thus foreign purchase of her interests) through the Clinton Foundation, and even been parodied at length on Saturday Night Live. And the most recent embarrassment of her and assistant Houma Abedin undercover in sunglasses in a Chipotle restaurant, doing her best to look like an average person, but didn't even know how to order, because it was so unfamiliar to her.
Of all the times she could announce over the coming months, she chooses now. Weird!
Of all the current Democrats who could jump in, the only one I respect as having integrity who could truly make a difference is James Webb. But given the radical, anti-American and treacherous nature of the current DNC, under Obama, Hitlery, Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, Durbin, et al, a decent guy like Webb doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell.
But yeah. When the obvious becomes obvious, announce it, I guess. My only guess is she announced just to prevent some other Democrat from jumping in, while she is flailing.
