The kid has his cel phone, it wasn't "stolen". He probably got in Sen Perdue's face, and annoyed, the Senator taught the marxist punk a lesson. Making him wonder for a few minutes if he'd ever get his phone back. The little marxist tried to intimidate, Perdue intimidated back. Not how I'd have handled it, but whatever.
