Updated links, to MARVEL FANFARE 43, that I posted a while back above :
https://readallcomics.com/marvel-fanfare-1982-043/

And the less impressive earlier story from in MARVEL FANFARE 16, also by Mantlo and a still budding Mike Mignola :

And new links also to the above series:

Then FANTASTIC FOUR 260, and concluded in ALPHA FLIGHT 4 (both cover-dated Nov 1983), in a period where Byrne was still doing good work.

It's up to the reader to interpret how much cuckolding might have occurred off-screen in these issues.

And the early Sub-Mariner appearances in the Lee and Kirby FF run, in FANTASTIC FOUR issues 4, 6, 9, 14, 27, 33, and ANNUAL 1 :

Then given his own Sub-Mariner series in TALES TO ASTONISH 70-101 :

And then beginning after that in 1968, his own SUB-MARINER series for another 72 issues :

Plus in the series I think Namor worked the best, in 152 issues of DEFENDERS :

And IRON MAN 120 and 121, by Michelinie and Romita Jr /Layton :

Wheatley has done remarkably little work in comics over the last 30 years or so, but I love a high ratio of what little he's done.
While the whole story is here for your reading pleasure, the wraparound cover is, unfortunately, split in half. You can view the full cover here.

Updated link to this issue too, that I think has some of the nicest art :
