Another Jack the Ripper story I recall is WONDER WOMAN: AMAZONIA, an Elseworlds story published in 1997, By Wm Messner Loebs and Phil Winslade.

It's in a magazine-size format, the last 8 X 11" size graphic novel I've seen from DC. And the best art I've seen by Winslade (the other I liked a lot was an ANT-MAN'S BIG CHRISTMAS special)
