  • House Democrats have introduced a bill that would strip Secret Service protection from convicted felons sentenced to prison, a move directly targeting former President Trump who is currently on criminal trial in New York City for alleged hush money payments made during the 2016 election campaign and faces several other cases which could land him behind bars.

    Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., the former chair of the now disbanded Jan. 6 congressional committee, introduced legislation that would automatically nix Secret Service protection for those who have been convicted of a federal or state felony that carries a minimum one-year prison term.

    The proposed bill is provocatively called theThe proposed bill, Thompson says, would avoid such complications with incarcerating former President Trump should he be ordered to serve jail time.

    "Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them," Thompson said.

    It would also address suggestions that any potential conviction of Trump would likely result in some form of home confinement rather than prison time, given his Secret Service protection.

    "This bill would remove the potential for conflicting lines of authority within prisons and allow judges to weigh the sentencing of individuals without having to factor in the logistical concerns of convicts with Secret Service protection," the document states.
    "Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee—even a former President," Thompson said in a statement.

    "It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality."

    A so-called "fact sheet" accompanying Thompson’s statement notes that Trump is facing an "unprecedented 91 felony charges in federal and state courts" which have "created a new exigency that Congress must address to ensure Secret Service protection does not interfere with the criminal judicial process and the administration of justice."

    The one-page document also states that the bill would apply to former President Trump should he be convicted of a felony, as well as to all Secret Service protectees convicted and sentenced under felony charges.

    It notes that current law does not contemplate how Secret Service security would be administered to a protectee serving jail time and it therefore may pose logistical difficulties for both the Secret Service and prison authorities.

    The proposed bill, Thompson says, would avoid such complications with incarcerating former President Trump should he be ordered to serve jail time.

    "Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them," Thompson said.

Maybe instead of the "Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable (DISGRACED) Former Protectees Act, they could instead call it the "SHANK TRUMP TO DEATH IN PRISON SO BIDEN CAN WIN act".

That would at least be a more truthful name for what they're doing.

That's on top of Nicolle Wallace on MSNBC fantasizing about Biden ordering a drone strike on Mar A Lago to kill Trump.
No disciplinary action by MSNBC against Wallace for that, not one day off the air over that.

And similar calls for Trump's assassination by the harpies on The View, Madonna, Johnny Depp, and many others.


To review the many attempts to destroy Trump, in a political, if not literal, execution:

1) The FBI counter-intelligence "Russia Collusion" investigation. Based on a DNC and Hillary Clinton Campaign-funded "Russia dossier", sourced from funding of both the DNC and Hillary campaign, paid through Perkins-Coie law firm, to Fusion GPS, to former MI-6 agent (and Trump-hater) Christopher Steele, and from there payments made directly to Russian intelligence agents.
So... ironically, investigating Trump for Russia collusion, FBI find that DEMOCRATS THEMSELVES are the ones making million-dollar payments to Russian agents. But despite what they actually found showing guilt of Hillary and he Democrats, they still won't prosecute Hillary Clinton or other Democrats, for ACTUAL Russia collusion.
AND they still are desperately trying to find a way to indict and imprison Trump on fake made up charges. While giving a free pass to ACTUAL CRIMES by the Democrats.
This "FBI counter-intelligence investigation", with Peter Strzok and Lisa Page on that investigative team, was ended because there was no evidence of such a crime, because there was no crime by Trump, it never happened.

2) a House investigation of Trump for Russia collusion. Also closed because there was absoluely no evidence.

3) A Senate Russia collusion investigation. Again, closed for a complete lack of evidence to rationalize continuing it.

4) the Mueller special investigation, made up entirely of Democrat partisans, for a time including Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, until their incriminating e-mails were discovered :

Strzok: No. No he won't. We will stop it.
The Mueller investigation formed in Feb 2017, and they knew by March 2017 there was no evidence of any crime. But these Democrat ultra-partisan lawyers stretched the investigation until July 2019, so as to smear Trump and the Republicans with an air of pending investigation throughout the 2018 mid-term election.
Mueller released his report finally in July-August 2019, and it was embarassing, the lack of proof of anything, and the incompetence of Mueller, who clearly did not wrie his own "Mueller Report".
Democrats tried to keep the Mueller investigation alive by stretching it with further Senate hearings, but that was even more embarassing for Democrats, as Mueller was completely unprepared and looked senile (the true writer of the "Mueller Report" was Andrew Weissmann.)

5) A week later after Mueller hearings, Democrats immediately launched the fake "whistleblower report", with a whiplash sudden change in CIA rules that was nano-seconds ago signed off by the new CIA director, Gina Haspel, and to this day no one knows (or will identify who) put the memo on Haspel's desk to change policy. So for the first time an intelligence officer could suddenly accuse and trigger investigation of the president of the United States .
Wow, isn't THAT convenient.
ONE WEEK after the Mueller report ended.
And it turned out to not even be an actual whistleblower, but an amalgam of two Democrat /Leftist agents, Eric Ciaramela in the CIA (staying over for two years or so in the National Security Council, brought over to NSC by Obama, before Obama left office), and Col. Alexander Vindman of NSC. The fake "whistleblower report" was further drafted in the office of Rep. Adam Schiff, and with the aid of a roundtable of Democrat/Left lawyers in the CIA.
All culminating in fake legal action based on made-up contortions of just-made-up new law, so Democrats could rush a PR-stunt fake impeachment in Jan 2020.
But the full impeachment ultimately failed.

6) The FBI-orchestrated fake "January 6th insurrecttion" narrative (created to distract by creating a Democrat counter-narrative, away from the ACTUAL Democrat-led insurrection that occurred in Summer 2020 across 600 looted and burned cities nationwide, during the George Floyd/ Black Lives Matter riots ---that Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and almost every other elected Democrat endorsed and cheered on. )
The second Trump impeachment in Jan 2021 also failed, but Democrat=Bolsheviks got their desired narrative: that the [Democrat-majority] House voted for his impeachment, even though again, the Senate did not actually impeach Trump.

7) the fake Soviet-style "January 6th select committee" show trial hearings, that virtually no one nationwide even tuned in or cared to watch. And of those who did watch, they plainly saw it was a one-sided partisan-scripted fake event by Democrats.
And when Democrats lost the House majority to the Republicans, Democrat "selec committee" members instantly began shredding most of the documents of their fake "investigation", so the Republicans would not be able to review it and see how fabricated the committee's "evidence" was. THAT is how phony and fake their investigation truly was.

8) the attempt to label Trump as a Civil War variety 14th amendment "insurrectionist", that several Democrat secretaries of state hijacked, in a push to remove Trump from their Nov 2024 election ballot.
But overturned as unconstitutional by higher courts. Another failed attempt by Democrats.

9) Leading up to the Mar A Lago raid, and the current onslaught of 5 simultaneous indictments and trials of Trump in 5 courts nationwide at the same time. If anyone thinks this is legitimate legal action against Trump, against ANYONE I challenge them to name ANY person in U.S legal history who has faced 5 simultaneous indictments and trials, on frivolous made-up "novel" charges no less, tha NO ONE has ever been indiced for before, in a unique batch of 5 cases simultaneously unleashed on Trump, while he is still running for president.
Unleashed PRECISELY BECAUSE he is running for president.
And because he is winning in the polls.

And all indicments dropped down on him in the weeks just after Trump announced he would run in Nov 2024.
As I cited from U.S. attorney Brett Tolman before, Tolman said that among local, state and federal prosecutors, it is customary for them to coordinate and select ONE case to prosecute from all the possible cases, the one determined to be the best case to prosecute. And keep the others in reserve, to be tried if the first case does not result in conviction. To drop two, three or five cases simultaneously, is unheard of, and unique only to Trump, demonstrating how weaponized, partisan, and thirsty for Trump's blood they are, in the Democrat-controlled FBI and DOJ.

Not Al Capone, not the 19 hijackers from 9-11-2001, not Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, not Osama Bin Ladin, not John Gotti, NO ONE has ever been subjected to these kind of simultaneous indictments, as Trump now has.

Plus indictments of employees of Trump's construction company, indictment of employees at Mar A Lago, indictments of former Trump White House staffers, indictments of Trump family members, to bury them all in legal bills on made-up charges.
To intimidate them, and intimidate anyone else, from supporting Trump.

And the beauty of it is... these authoritarian Democrat-Bolsheviks are still consistently losing in the polls. Even after all that :
