after 748 hours of traffic, we finally arrived at our new home for the next seven days, and got settled in. we even got to order some of the local pizza.

they have about 4,000 of these places called "grotto pizza." ...and, really, thats it. i mean, there's nothing else there. no other pizza places or chinese food places or fast food restaurants. just a billion grotto pizzas. ... no kidding! they're everywhere.

its as if every other place turned into a grotto pizza. they're all so close to each other -- there are 4 or 5 within 3 miles of the place we're staying at. when you call them up, you're not even entirely sure which one you're calling.

tis insane.
