In my internet travels, I saw that
Tom Veitch, mostly a 1970's underground comics writer, but who also did some DC and other mainstream work in the 1980's - 1990's, is another casualty who died of Covid-19 in 2022, at the age of 80.
Along with comic writer
Dave Kraft who also died of Covid-19, for whom there is already another topic here in tribute to him and his work :
