A Jackson Guice pin-up from MICRONAUTS 50, Feb 1983, that likely doubled as an ad.

Guice did MICRONAUTS 48-58, his first series for Marvel, that immediately propelled him to stardom.

Guice did a nice portfolio of pin-ups in MARVEL FANFARE 9, June-July 1983.

That showed off Guice's ability and talent with a number of Marvel characters, that I think helped him get better assignments beyond MICRONAUTS.

( Look especially at the text in the book at Kitty Pryde's feet in that particular illustration, asking Chris Claremont to let Guice draw the -MEN when Paul Smith leaves the series. That didn't end up happening, but it still led to better assignments for Guice at Marvel, like the X-MEN/MICRONAUTS 1-4 miniseries, that I'm sure raised his visibility.)

That MARVEL FANFARE issue came out the same month as MICRONAUTS 53, and Guice's run on the series ended with MICRONAUTS 58, May 1984.

The 4-issue X-MEN / MICRONAUTS miniseries by Claremont and Guice ran in Jan-April 1984
