The border has always been a bipartisan issue until Trump. Obama deported huge numbers when he was in office. The difference is I think before Trump we had a higher bar for the top office. Trump delivers for his core that see empathy as a weakness and get little tiny hardons as people get disappeared with little to no due process.

And now pollsters are evil as Trump’s first 100 days are showing him rated lower than every previous modern president. He’s always been a fraudster and his business style has always relied on being able to declare bankruptcy. I hope when the shit stain is thrown out of office there are some true consequences for him and his enablers. We use to lead the world. Not anymore.

"hardons, dissappeared..." - Totally baseless and unserious propaganda narrative, no basis in fact.
"Disappeared" seems to be the Democrat propaganda word of choice for the week.
Last week it was "chaos" as the one-word narrative.
No one cares or buys it, the Democrat-Bolsheviks still remain swirling around 21% polled approval. Your propaganda campaign isn't working.

In 1981-1982, Reagan had offsetting budget cuts proposed that would have made it zero deficit in that year's budget, but the Democrat House majority under Tip O'Neil refused to honor those offsetting cuts.
Hence the rise in deficit.
We had the best economy of my lifetime, re-built our military again to the best in the world, re-built our nuclear arsenal to negotiate peace through strength with the Russians, and saw the end of the Cold War and collapse of the Soviet Union.

Under Reagan, the debt reached aabou 1 trillion.
Under successor G H W Bush, (with he Persian Gulf war) it went from 1 to 2 trillion. And that was WITH a tax increase to offset it. Making clear it isn't lack of taxes tha causes the rise, it is pointless uncontrolled spending. The tax increase is what cost Bush a possible second term.

The Republicans didn't have a majority in both the House and Senate to resolve deficit spending, until after the Nov 1994 election and the Gingrich-led Republican revolution, and "Contract With America" where they passed a balanced Budget Amendment and other reforms, that President Bill Clinton partly vetoed, and the Democrats as a whole did their best to undermine.

And I'm on the record of being critical of George W. Bush for allowing the debt to rise from 2 trillion to 5 trillion from 2001-2008. The balanced budget was already diminishing in 2001, and the 9-11 wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and a "Homeland Security" buildup at home, gave both parties the cover they wanted to abandon a balanced budget. And costing even more was "bipartisan" social spending, hat was the majority of the new debt, not the wars.

And I'm even more critical of Obama for letting it rise from 5 trillion to 10 trillion from 2009-2016.

The main reason deficits went up under Trump's 2017-2020 term is due to the Covid pandemic. But even before that, I said that Trump's not fully facing the debt problem was the one disappointment for me of his first term. But, y'know, he did have the FBI, DOJ, CIA, FISA court, "Crossfire Hurricane" and several other investigations aimed at him and consuming his attention, and even so, he did accomplish a great deal in that first 4 years. The 4 years off allowed Trump to plan an even more effective 2nd term.

And then under Biden it has now reached a skyrocketing $ 36 trillion.

I blame the Democrats for being America-hating Marxist-Bolsheviks who want to rip up the Constitution and build a repressive authoritarian Democrat-Bolshevik one-party socialist state in its place.
I blame the Republicans for sitting on their hands, and being afraid to do the right thing, who have largely joined the Democrats in the last 20 years or so in a two-headed corrupt Uni-party where they SPEND SPEND SPEND.
And in either party, there is only Trump who is serious about actually addressing the debt and entitlements issues, working to make them solvent and save the country.
Even as the Dick and Liz Cheneys, the Mitch McConnells, the Mitt Romneys (hasn't he been quiet lately?), the Lisa Murkowskis, the Susan Collinses, all do their damnedest to undermine Trump's every move, fighting him kicking and screaming the entire way.

Someday maybe you will appreciate that Trump is doing the hard lifting no one else on either side has been willing to do in over 35 years, and is the only one in either party taking risks to put in place what is best for the country, and prevent us from a collapse of the dollar, and bankruptcy of medicare, medicaid and social security. Even as your party tries to bankrupt these entitlements and U.S. currency even more quickly, by giving the money in those programs to illegal immigrants.

And you, delusional to what the Democrat-Bolshevik party is really about, are cheering them on.
