The Byrne story mentioned before, where Sub-Mariner flirts with Sue Richards, in a crossover story, is in ALPHA FLIGHT 3 (Oct 1983).
Then FANTASTIC FOUR 260, and concluded in ALPHA FLIGHT 4 (both cover-dated Nov 1983), in a period where Byrne was still doing good work.

It's up to the reader to interpret how much cuckolding might have occurred off-screen in these issues.
