The first-warning service, police, and rescue services were fully staffed. The National Weather Service was OVER-staffed, with more staff on duty than normal.
There is no basis, ABSOLUTELY NONE, for you to allege Trump budget cuts resulted in understaffing , or got people killed.
It is deceitful and ghoulish for you to even try to float that narrative at this point.
