It is actually the Biden administration that is the first I can recall using witholding of national disaster relief from regions that didn't vote for him.
To my knowledge, even Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama didn't go that low.
But it is not even in contest that these abuses of federal agencies happened under Joe Biden as president.
Not to mention Biden weaponizing the FBI and DOJ to falsely accuse and attempt to imprison Donald Trump to prevent him from being a candidate in Nov 2024.
And that Biden actually put many who served in Trump's first administration in jail on false manufactured charges (Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen, Rick Gates, Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon...) and with biased judges in venues where juries were over 90% rabid Trump/Republican-hating Democrats, where several jurors were licking their lips and giggling in liberal media interviews and on social media, gloating about the opportunity to do so.
