Not if you understand how these reports are done. Or for liars who do understand but have no ethics and pretend they don’t. Basically she was given all the numbers from many different parties and put them all together in a report. She had no way of fudging the numbers. The pos who was outraged that he couldn’t just add imaginary square footage to his properties legally, fired her without backing up his oh so predictable accusation. Now investors can look forward to much better fake numbers I’m sure.
