I just made clear that a Democrat-weaponized FBI overcharged about 1,500 people who were tricked into entering the Capitol building on Jan 6th, by police/FBI removing barricades, and by police (ON VIDEO) holding the doors of two entrances wide open and inviting them in. Capitol police and FBI also fired concussion grenades and tear gas over and over into peaceful crowds of Trump protesters, who were just standing around waving flags, in a police-orchestrated effort to make them riot and act violently, when they were NOT. Even if you buy that Jan 6 protesters were guilty of "trespassing", that would only warrant a $300 fine per person, NOT being held in prison indefinitely without trial for 2 and a half years in awful unsanitary conditions, that not even Al Qaida terrorists would be subjected to.
Jan 6th prisoners were tormented, beaten in their cells, imprisoned indefinitely without trial, and given maximum FBI overcharged prosecution for... "trespassing"? "parading"? "interrupting a federal proceeding"? Made up charges that turned a fine of $300 per person in misdemeanor charges, into YEARS in federal prison? And not even allowed to be released until their trials.
And meanwhile, elsewhere over the last 5 years, you have Anttifa and BLM,environmental activist exremists, pro-abortion activists, Democrat supreme court protesters, all of who ALSO rioted in the Capitol, and other federal buildings, several of whom OCCUPIED the Capitol, and in several cases did far more damage than happened on Jan 6th. People who ACTUALLY deliberately blinded police and federal agents with laser pointers aimed at agents' eyes in federal buildings nationwide, who ACTUALLY tried to burn agents alive in federal buildings nationwide, who ACTUALLY tried to burn New York police officers alive in their squad car during 2020 BLM protests, who ACTUALLY tried to kill U S Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh.
None of these leftists protesters even had to hire a lawyer, because (97% Democrat-donating) FBI dropped all charges and let them go. But conversely, on fake made up charges of "trespassing", twisted by a Democrat weaponized FBI into "federal" charges, fake misdemeanor charges against Jan 6th prisoners were turned into fake insurrectionist FEDERAL charges, when in fact even the $300 misdemeanor charges were entrapment and not valid charges. THEY have to hire lawyers, and endure FBI prosecutions on fake made-up charges, that cost them between $400,000-750,000 each, to defendt hemselves against these fake made-up overkill FBI charges.
And putting these Jan 6th people in jail would be "justice" to you ?!?
THAT is bullshitt. That is a lie, and weaponization of government. As I've said many times, only 600 protesters even went inside the Capitol building at all on Jan 6th, many invited in, no police barriers to tell them they could not. ENTRAPMENT. And of the 1,500 who were arrested under George Orwell's DOJ and FBI under attorney general Merrick Garland, many arrested NEVER EVEN WENT IN the Capitol that day, but were arrested in heavily armed FBI show arrests... for at most "trespaassing."
You went about 12 rounds in another topic repeating liberal blog propaganda, telling me a former FBI agent Jared Wise, who just shouted at police from a distance, never engaged in physical confrontation with police or anyone else, is somehow a "criminal" and an "insurrectionist", and that it's ohh just awful Trump would re-hire him back into the FBI, a guy who committed no crime you can even allege. Even as ACTUAL insurrectionists and violent rioters with a leftist/Democrat ideology, who ACTUALLY DID try to kill police and federal agents, were NEVER PROSECUTED by FBI, that FBI let go before these BLM and Antifa criminals even had to hire a lawyer.
But it basically boils down to a weaponized Democrat police state, that ignores actual crimes by Democrats. And is just used to harass, intimidate and imprison your party's Republican political opposition.
Christopher Wray in Senate hearings said 60% of FBI's 38,000 agents were devoted to "right wing insurrectionist terrorism". And 5,000 agents alone devoted just to prosecuting Jan 6th protesters.
Which is to say, devoted just to prosecuting those guilty of "trespassing" and "parading". Nothing more. But twisted by a 97% Democrat-weaponized FBI into made-up "federal" and "insurrectionist" crimes, to intimidate the majority of the 1,500 arrested into signing confessions for lesser sentences, forced to ssign under duress to avoid years more in jail for made-up fake crimes, by Orwell's Democrat FBI.
