I don't think Charlie Kirk or Donald Trump supporters are calling for taking out another "eye" (or killing Democrats in retaliation).
Are we angry? Hell yes, we've endured Democrat violence and killings for 9 years, and a large percentage (by polls, about 55%) Democrats clearly are gleeful about each of these deaths and violent incidents, and they are NOT going to stop.
The retaliation conservatives are calling for is simply o NOT be silenced, and to exert a thousandfold the free speech that the Democrat/Left have tried to intimidate into silence.
As I said before, the new surviving leader of Turning Points said the organization had about 1,000 branch chapters nationwide before Kirk was shot.
Now just 7 days after Kirk's death, he said they haave received requests to open an incredible 37,000 new chapters.
I haven't heard of ANY retaliatory violent incidents to Kirk's death, or even any serious desire to do so.
Conservatives are angry, but they are not acting violently on that anger. And that has been true of conservatives since 2016. If violent retribution were going to be done by the Right, it would have happened 9 or 10 years ago. I'm frankly proud of the fact that, out of 74 million cheated Trump voters in 2020, and 77 million who decisively re-elected and vindicated Trump and THEMSELVES in 2024, and with violent attacks on Trump supporters by the Left pretty much every day over that entire decade,
"Trumpamania" has won over and over by NOT violently lashing back, angry as they have rightly been. And that not even single person or tiny fringe has acted violently out of that 77 million, in all that time.
I think that's the most impressive peaceful protest victory since Gandhi won India's independence from the British Empire.
As Democrat media pundits are being fired, and 2 Democrat late night hosts have been fired by their own left-leaning networks, because of how beyond-the-pale disgusting their rhetoric has been, so much that even their own liberal network leadership have cut them loose.
Likewise millions of Democrat voters are walking away from their hate and violence-prone Democrat-Bolshevik party. Even THEY are walking away and rejoining the human race. Which is truly inspiring, all this, with not even a need at this point for a conservative backlash.
