A family physician told me 25 years ago that Tylenol is poison, and strongly recommended taking Ibuprofin, Advil or Aspirin instead.
He told me, if you take 15 or 20 tablets of Tylenol at once, you'll die. He said "You won't die immediately, it may take a few weeks or months, but you will die."
So, y'know, I never felt it was a good idea to use Tylenol after that.
Another doctor, an orthopedic specialist, told me that it's ironic, Aspirin is the most prescribed medicine, but it has the most documented side effects.
