What's "good enough for me" is that Patel and the DOJ have investigated the Homan allegation and found it to be without evidence, and clearly a frame set up by the previous Democrat-Bolshevik-run FBI under Biden and Merrick Garland.
Unlike the evil stuff that went on for the previous four years where Democrats in FBI buried the evidence to let their Democrat friends escape prosecution, Trump has appointed Kash Patel and Pam Bondi to clean out over 20 years of FBI and DOJ corruption, and to re-establish the rule of law. NOT to give their friends a free pass.
If Homan were truly guilty of anything, they would prosecute him without hesitation, not give him a free pass just because he has an "R" next to his name (as Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and all their family and aides have been protected from prosecution by Democrat-Bolsheviks in FBI and DOJ for 10 years) .
Trump similarly fired Michael Flynn in Jan 2017, not knowing that Flynn was framed in a Democrat/FBI conspiracy. It's just

And not just deemed insufficient evidence to prosecute, according to Patel, but by dozens of other DOJ investigators. These investigators also found insufficient evidence to prosecute Homan.
